Return Terms:

- First of all, you must provide us with the order and warranty invoice, if any, until the exchange or return process is accepted.

- Products will be checked for safety before switching or returning

- The cover of the product must be intact, in order for the replacement process to take place; otherwise the customer will be charged the packaging fee.

Upon return:

- One of our freight partner drivers will collect the products for free. When your purchases checked and confirmed by our processing department, your amount will be processed and kept as a credit to the customer’s account on our website.

Warranty for defective goods:
