Return Terms:

- First of all, you must provide us with the order and warranty invoice, if any, until the exchange or return process is accepted.

- The cover of the product must be intact, in order for the replacement process to take place; otherwise the customer will be charged the packaging fee.

- The period for reporting the product should not exceed 3 days.

Upon return:

- One of our freight partner drivers will collect the products for free. When your purchases checked and confirmed by our processing department, your amount will be processed and kept as a credit to the customer’s account on our website.

Warranty for defective goods:

- We appreciate that customers want to feel secure and confident when purchasing from an online store.

Thus, if you purchase electronic products from Double M Jordan and find it defect, you can contact us and bring the order and warranty sheet and we will examine it and work to replace or maintain it according to the technical report.

Products that cannot be returned:
